Vizni režim, izolacija i međunarodne sankcije

Yes, brutal truth is that people who are migrating to western developed world, searching for asylum in some rich countries, almost at all, are not using legal channels. They are using more dangerous and less reliable way to cross the border. Simply they have no choice than to take that risk and to give their life savings to suspicious smugglers who have no respect to their problem of survival. They treat them like slaves or humans with no identity. Their life is so cheap and it usually ends up in nowhere with no trace or sign at some kind of human grave.

Da, gruba istina je da ljudi koji migriraju ka razvijenom zapadnom svetu, tražeći azil u nekoj od bogatih zemalja. Skoro svi ne koriste legalne puteve da to i ostvare. Oni koriste mnogo opasnije i manje pouzdane načine da pređu granicu. Jednostavno nemaju izbora i prinuđeni su da preuzmu rizik i da svoju teško sakupljenu ušteđevinu povere sumnjivim krijumčarima koji nemaju razumevanja za njihove probleme opstanka. Tretiraju ih kao robove ili kao ljude bez identiteta.

Njihov život je tako jeftin i oni često završe u nedođiji, bez traga ili znaka na nekoj humci.

Working without legal papers and always in fear of the police or inspection is another sad story. Our government was forced to sign the protocol about the readmission in order to ease the visa regime with EU and to become closer to so called White Schengen List. This is just the phase that countries around us have already passed (Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria etc.). At least 150.000 emigrants from Germany are expected to be accepted in Serbia. Most of them are Roma people from central Serbia and Kosovo.

Radeći bez legalnih papira i uvek u strahu od policije ili inspekcije je drugi deo priče.

Naša vlada je bila primorana da potpiše protokol o radmisiji u cilju omekšavanja viznog režima sa Evropskom unijom i kako bi što pre dospela na takozvanu ‘’belu Šengensku listu’’. To je samo faza kroz koju su već prošle zemlje u okruženju (Mađarska, Rumunija, Bugarska itd.). Bar 150.000 emigranata iz Nemačke se očekuje da bude vraćeno u Srbiju. Veći broj njih su Romi iz centralne Srbije i sa Kosova.

But the problem with migration will still exist no matter how developed world would like to hide it under the carpet. Disproportion between rich developed world and third undeveloped poor world is the major trouble that is hardly to be overcomed in some near future.

Ali problem sa migracijama će i dalje postojati bez obzira koliko se razvijeni svet trudio da sakrije pod tepih taj problem. Nesrazmera između bogatog razvijenog sveta i trećeg nerazvijenog siromašnog sveta je glavni problem koji će teško biti prevaziđen u nekoj bližoj prošlosti.

Huge number of students or young people, roughly to say almost few generations didn't have a chance to travel abroad or outside of Serbia.

Only lucky ones who managed to get visas easier than common world were able to go out of this quarantine. Speaking about the isolation this reminds me on Iron Curtain and Berlin Wall, China Wall, Cuba and now new protection wall between Mexico and States. So the story continues on and on.

Ogroman broj studenata ili mladih ljudi, grubo rečeno nekoliko generacija nije imalo prilike da putuje u inostranstvo ili van Srbije.

Samo srećnici koji su uspeli da dođu do viza lakše nego običan svet su bili u stanju da izađu iz ovog karantina. Govoreći o izolaciji nameće se sećanje na Gvozdenu zavesu i Berlinski zid, Kineski zid, Kubu i danas zaštitni zid između Meksika i Sjedinjenih američkih država. Tako se ta priča samo nastavlja dalje i dalje.

One of the basic human right principals is to be free to travel everywhere. Any limitations or restrictions are against this principal and therefore are to be under strong condemnation of public opinion and UN or other responsible institutions.

Jedno od osnovnih ljudskih pravo je pravo na slobodu kretanja i putovanja bilo kuda. Bilo koja ograničenja ili zabrane su protivne ovom pravu i stoga treba da budu strogo osuđene od strane javnog mnjenja Ujedinjenih nacija ili drugih odgovornih institucija.

I am aware that there are other countries where it's even harder to get visa or to travel abroad but this defense system is not helping developed countries to prevent various migrations that are happening in the whole world. This is all bringing even more troubles to everybody instead of solving the major problem of poverty end equality among developed and undeveloped parts of the world.

Svestan sam da postoje druge zemlje gde je jos teže dobiti vizu ili odputovati u inostranstvo, ali ovakav odbrambeni sistem ne pomaže razvijenim zemljama da spreče migracije koje se dešavaju po celom svetu. To sve donosi čak još više problema svima umesto da rešava glavni problem siromaštva i jednakosti između razvijenog i nerazvijenog dela sveta.

Slavimo našu malu pobedu nad birokratskim sistemom koji smo iskusili u kampu Omladina prelazi granice održanom u Alđezuru!!!. Hvala organizatorima hiljadu puta na dragocenoj pomoći oko dobijanja viza!!!.

But never ending struggle against stupid rules continues after Youth Crossing Borders Meeting after our workshop about Migration and problems that common people like we and many others have.

Ali nikad završena borba protiv glupih pravila se nastavlja i posle kampa posle naše radionice o migracijama i problemima koje obični ljudi kao mi i mnogi drugi imaju.

Let's make this world

a better place to live

and one day we will be free,

almost like one pack of birds

that flies where ever it desires.

Učinimo ovaj svet

lepšim mestom za život

i jednog dana ćemo biti slobodni,

skoro kao jedno jato ptica

koje leti gde god zaželi.

Sounds poetic, but I'am not a poet !. I am just simple common human being with normal habit or need to travel freely abroad and to explore other cultures and meet interesting friends around the world. I am not a criminal, smuggler or some suspicious person to be treated with so many precaution measures.

Zvuči poetično, al’ ja nisam pesnik !. Ja sam samo jednostavno običan čovek sa navikom ili potrebom da putuje slobodno u inostranstvo i da istražuje druge kulture i sreće interesantne prijatelje po celom svetu. Nisam kriminalac ili neka sumnjiva osoba da se prema meni primenjuju

takve posebne mere opreza.

No borders, senza la frontieras, no visas, let's live free like birds !!!.

Let this dream come true !.

Bez granica, bez viza da živimo slobodno kao ptice !!!.
