Workshop in Edinburgh 18/05: Co-operation at Work

Are you curious about cooperatives? Ever wondered what it might be like not to have a boss at work or to live communally with others who share your values? Already live in a housing cooperative or work in a workers’ cooperative? Are you involved in a members’ coop like The Shrub?

Whether you’re new to coops or deeply involved in one already, this free training is for you! A cooperative is a group of people that gets together to organise collectively for mutual benefit. Working, living or organising in a coop can be a very powerful way to resist exploitation and build alternatives. Using inclusive and empowering processes, we can build effective and sustainable cooperation and take back control of our lives.
